📖 Clase (60 min)
Tres: cierres débiles ("Well, that's all, thank you").
- Conclusion (cierre): resumen + mensaje clave + llamada a la acción.
- Q&A (preguntas): invitar, gestionar, cerrar.
Regla 2 — La apertura (Opening). Plantilla:
- Saludo: Good morning, everyone. Thank you for being here.
- Tema: Today I'm going to talk about... / The focus of my presentation is...
- Objetivo: By the end, you'll have a clear idea of... / My aim today is to...
- Estructura: I've divided my talk into three parts. First,... Then,... Finally,...
- Preguntas: I'll take questions at the end. / Feel free to interrupt if anything's unclear.
Did you know that 70% of...?).
- Empezar un punto: Let's start with... / First of all, I'd like to look at...
- Avanzar: Moving on to... / Let's turn to... / This brings me to my next point...
- Profundizar: Let me expand on that. / To go into more detail...
- Ejemplificar: For example,... / To illustrate this,... / A good example of this is...
- Referir a un visual: As you can see on this slide,... / If you look at this graph,...
- Resumir un punto: So, to summarise this section,... / The key point here is...
Regla 4 — Transiciones.
- Now that we've looked at X, let's move on to Y.
- So much for X. Let's turn to Y.
- That covers X. The next thing I'd like to discuss is Y.
Regla 5 — El cierre (Conclusion). Plantilla:
- Señalizar el cierre: Let me wrap up. / To conclude,... / In conclusion,...
- Resumir: So, we've looked at three things: ... , ... and ...
- Mensaje clave: The main takeaway is... / If you remember one thing, let it be this:...
- Llamada a la acción: So, my recommendation is... / The next step is...
- Cerrar y agradecer: Thank you for your attention. I'm happy to take any questions.
Regla 6 — Q&A.
- Invitar: Does anyone have any questions?
- Ganar tiempo / asegurar: That's a good question. / If I understand correctly, you're asking...
- No saber: That's a great point — I don't have the figure here, but I'll follow up by email.
- Cerrar: If there are no more questions, thank you all again.

Pronunciación y notas de uso
- audience /ˈɔːdiəns/ — Ó-diens (no "audiens").
- ✗ I'm going to talk about of the project. → ✓ ...talk about the project.
- ✗ In this presentation I will explain you... → ✓ ...I will explain... (sin you) / I will show you...
- ✗ Resuming,... (calco de "resumiendo") → ✓ To sum up,... / In summary,...
- ✗ Thank you for your attention dicho con voz apagada y sin resumen → ✓ resumen + takeaway + agradecimiento con energía.
- ✗ Any doubts? → ✓ Any questions? (en presentaciones "doubt" suena raro).
Mini-lectura de ejemplo (apertura + transición + cierre)
Opening: Good morning, everyone, and thank you for being here. Today I'm going to talk about our Q3 results. By the end, you'll have a clear picture of where we stand. I've divided my talk into three parts: sales, costs, and next steps. I'll take questions at the end.
Transition: Now that we've looked at sales, let's turn to costs. As you can see on this slide, spending fell by 8%.
Conclusion: To conclude, we've covered sales, costs and next steps. The main takeaway is that growth is steady but margins need attention. My recommendation is to reinvest in the top two products. Thank you for your attention — I'm happy to take any questions.
