📖 Clase (60 min)

Introducción y contexto

Ayer ubicaste cosas en el espacio (estático). Hoy las pones en movimiento: ¿entras en la tienda, cruzas por el puente, vas por la calle, pasas por delante de la iglesia? El español usa "por", "a", "hacia" de forma flexible; el inglés tiene preposiciones específicas para cada tipo de movimiento. Esto es la materia prima para dar y seguir indicaciones, que veremos mañana.

Explicación detallada

1. Preposiciones de movimiento principales.

2. Across vs through.

• across → cruzar una superficie plana o abierta: across the road, across the square, across the park.
• through → atravesar algo con volumen/interior: through the tunnel, through the forest, through the door, through the crowd.

3. Along vs past.

• along → moverte siguiendo una línea (calle, río): Walk along the river.
• past → pasar por delante de un punto sin entrar: Go past the supermarket and turn left.

4. Over vs across.

• over suele implicar pasar por encima: over the bridge, over the wall.
• across es de lado a lado al mismo nivel: across the street.
• (Con puentes ambas funcionan: over/across the bridge.)

5. Verbos de movimiento típicos.

• go, walk, drive, run, turn, cross, get on/off, take (a road).
• Turn left/right (gira a la izquierda/derecha) — clave para mañana.
• Go straight on (sigue recto).
