📖 Clase (60 min)
See no es seed, sino saw.
I went, you went, he went, they went.
- I go to work by bus. (presente) → Yesterday I went to work by bus. (pasado)
- We see our friends on weekends. → Last weekend we saw our friends.
- She has breakfast at 8. → Yesterday she had breakfast at 9.
2. Una forma para todas las personas. No hay -s ni cambios:
- I took a taxi. / He took a taxi. / They took a taxi. (Tomé/tomó/tomaron un taxi.)
3. El infinitivo (forma base) reaparece con did/didn't. Esto lo veremos a fondo la próxima semana, pero anótalo: en negativo y pregunta el verbo vuelve a su forma base: I went → I didn't go (no didn't went). Por ahora practicaremos sobre todo afirmativas.
4. Hay tres "patrones" útiles para memorizar mejor:
- Verbos que no cambian: put → put, cut → cut, cost → cost.
- Verbos que cambian la vocal: come → came, give → gave, sit → sat, drink → drank.
- Verbos totalmente distintos: go → went, buy → bought, think → thought.

Gramática a fondo
|---|---|---|
| I | I went home. | Me fui a casa. |
| You | You saw the film. | Viste la película. |
| He/She/It | She had a great time. | Lo pasó genial. |
| We | We took the train. | Tomamos el tren. |
| They | They left early. | Se fueron temprano. |
Caso especial: be tiene dos formas en pasado (was para I/he/she/it, were para you/we/they).
