⏱️ Duración total: ~3 h 15 min — Clase 60 min · Ejercicios 60 min · Reto 60 min · Quiz ~15 min.

in the nick of time, against the clock, beat the clock, in the long run, call it a day, better late than never, time flies, take a rain check, around the clock, pressed for time, at the eleventh hour, kill time, drag on.

Síntesis Día 325 — Idioms de dinero/negocios

break the bank, cost a fortune, on a shoestring, splash out, tighten one's belt, tight-fisted, make ends meet, bring home the bacon, think outside the box, get the ball rolling, a ballpark figure, the bottom line, in the red/black, money doesn't grow on trees.

Síntesis Día 326 — Collocations make/do/take/have/get

make: decision, mistake, progress, effort. do: homework, research, business, your best. take: photo, break, risk, place. have: fun, rest, argument. get: job, married, ready. ¡Error estrella! make a mistake (no do), do homework (no make), take a photo (no do), take place (no have place).

Síntesis Día 327 — Collocations adj/adv

heavy rain/traffic, strong coffee/accent, big mistake, slight chance, significant improvement; highly likely/recommended, deeply sorry/concerned, bitterly cold, fully booked/aware, perfectly clear, widely known, utterly exhausted. En C1, evita very genérico.

Mapa mental de la semana

Idioms = figurados (familias temáticas) · Collocations = combinaciones naturales (verbo+sust / adj+sust / adv+adj) · Regla de oro: nunca traducir literalmente del español · Dosificar: naturalidad, no recitado.
