📖 Clase (60 min)

Introducción y contexto

Hasta ahora reportaste afirmaciones: "I am tired"She said she was tired. Hoy aprendemos a reportar preguntas.

Compara: "Where do you live?" (pregunta directa, con inversión y do) → She asked me where I lived.

Regla 2 — Preguntas de sí/no → if o whether. Si la pregunta directa empieza con un auxiliar (Are you...? Do you...? Can you...?), al reportarla usamos if o whether ("si"):

if y whether son intercambiables aquí; whether es algo más formal.

Si la pregunta empieza con what, where, when, why, who, how, which, esa palabra se conserva:

Regla 4 — Eliminar do / does / did.
