Día 107 · Preguntas en pasado con did (Yes/No questions)
⏱️ Duración total: ~3 h 15 min — Clase 60 min · Ejercicios 60 min · Reto 60 min · Quiz ~15 min. Puedes dividirlo en varias sesiones el mismo día.
🎯 Objetivo del día
Al terminar podrás:
- Formar preguntas de Sí/No en pasado simple con Did + sujeto + verbo base.
- Responder con short answers: Yes, I did. / No, I didn't.
- Aplicar la misma regla del verbo base que aprendiste ayer.
- Mantener un intercambio de preguntas y respuestas sobre el pasado.
📖 Clase (60 min)
Introducción y contexto
Ayer aprendiste a negar (didn't go). Hoy, la otra cara: preguntar. Igual que en negativo, en pregunta aparece el auxiliar did y el verbo principal vuelve a su forma base. Did you go? — nunca Did you went?
Esto te abre la conversación: ya no solo cuentas tu pasado, ahora puedes preguntar por el de los demás y mantener un diálogo real.
Explicación detallada (regla por regla)
1. Estructura de pregunta Sí/No: Did + sujeto + verbo base + complemento + ?
- Did you go to the party? (¿Fuiste a la fiesta?)
- Did she see the film? (¿Vio la película?)
- Did they have a good time? (¿Lo pasaron bien?)
El verbo principal SIEMPRE en forma base: did + go/see/have, nunca did + went/saw/had.
2. Short answers (respuestas cortas). Muy naturales y obligatorias en conversación:
- Did you go? → Yes, I did. / No, I didn't.
- Did she like it? → Yes, she did. / No, she didn't.
No se repite el verbo: NO Yes, I did go (salvo énfasis). Solo Yes, I did.
3. Una sola forma para todas las personas: Did I/you/he/she/we/they go? — siempre did, no does/do en pasado.
4. Excepción: to be. be no usa did: invierte directamente. Were you tired? Was she at home? (No Did you be tired?)
5. Entonación. Las preguntas de Sí/No suben de tono al final: Did you go? ↗

Pronunciación y notas de uso
- Did you en habla rápida suena "dídyu" o casi "díʤu".
- Las Sí/No questions suben al final: ↗ Did you like it?
- Short answers: la respuesta corta lleva el peso entonativo: Yes, I DID.
- Did he → la h casi se pierde: "did-i".
